Amazon FBA Prep and Walmart WFS Inventory Prep
- Receiving: Upon arrival at our warehouse, each box or pallet is logged into our system. The quantity, condition, and accompanying shipping documentation are verified to ensure everything is in order.
- Labeling & Storage: Products are sorted based on size and requirements. For FBA, FNSKU labels are applied, and items are placed into the appropriate storage spaces, such as racks, bins, or pallets, based on their dimensions.
- FBA Prep:Products are processed according to Amazon’s FBA guidelines. This includes:• Labeling: Each product receives the appropriate FNSKU label.• Packing: Items are carefully boxed or palletized, and master cartons are provided if needed.• Additional Services: Optional services such as bubble wrapping or bundling are available to meet specific packaging needs.
- Outbound Shipping: Once prepared, products are packed into boxes or pallets, labeled, and handed off to the carrier. Carrier-provided shipping labels and materials are used to ensure smooth delivery to the destination.
- Tracking and Management: Throughout the entire process, our warehouse management system ensures every step is tracked. BetaPrep monitors shipments to Amazon or other destinations and ensures all requirements are met for a seamless experience.

- Receiving: When products arrive at the warehouse, each box or pallet is inspected and logged into our system. The quantity, condition, and shipping documents are carefully checked to ensure accuracy.
- Labeling & Storage: Products are placed into storage areas specifically allocated for FBM. Items are organized based on size into shelves or pallets and labeled for easy identification. They remain in storage until an order is received.
- Order Processing:Our system is integrated with platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon to sync and process orders automatically. When an order is placed, the system notifies BetaPrep, and the preparation process begins.
- Pick & Pack: Once an order is received, our warehouse team collects and packages the items. Products are carefully boxed or placed into appropriate packaging. Fragile items are protected using bubble wrap or other necessary materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping: After packaging, the items are labeled with shipping and customer information and handed over to the carrier. Shipping fees vary based on weight and dimensions, starting from 6.04 CAD.
- Tracking & Management: Beta Prep ensures that every order is tracked and managed from start to finish. We monitor shipments to ensure they reach customers on time, helping maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Return Warehouse Process at BetaPrep
- Receiving: When returned products arrive at the warehouse, they are carefully inspected and logged into the system. These items may be missing labels, damaged, or mixed with others. Therefore, the receiving process requires extra care, and additional steps are taken to reintroduce them into inventory.
- Inspection & Labeling: Returned items undergo detailed inspection to assess their condition and suitability for resale. If products are in new condition, FNSKU or other required labels are applied. Damaged or incomplete products may require additional handling.
• Disposal Service: If items are deemed unusable, they can be discarded (1.20 CAD per unit). - Storage: After inspection, returned items are placed back into storage. They are sorted based on their size and allocated to appropriate racks, bins, or pallets.
- Return or Re-send to Amazon: Depending on the condition of the returned items, they are processed in one of two ways:• Re-send to Amazon (FBA/FBM): Items that are relabeled can be sent back to Amazon warehouses. Standard FBA or FBM fees apply.• Return to Supplier: If products are damaged or per customer request, they may be returned to the supplier.
- Additional Services:Beta Prep offers additional services for returned products, including:• Repair: Basic product repairs are available (40 CAD per hour).• Photography: Photos can be taken to document the product’s condition (5 CAD per photo; 2.60 CAD per photo for more than 10 photos).
- Tracking & Management: The return process is tracked from product intake to labeling and final shipment. BetaPrep ensures all items are managed according to customer requirements, providing full visibility throughout the process.
